RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within X days from the delivery date.
🔹 Return conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-measure products.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part.

Return Procedure

1. Send a return request to info@lavecchiacamiceria.it, including your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Wait for confirmation via email with return shipping instructions.

3. Ship the package to the address provided in the confirmation email.

4. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange within X business days.

Exchanges (Size or Product Change)
If you need to exchange a product, follow the same return procedure and specify the desired model/size in your request.
